"Here to Clear" Collection Operative - Hornsey, North London

HIPPOWASTE™ is the company behind the yellow HIPPOBAGTM which delivers flexible and convenient waste management solutions to householders, business and trade users nationwide. HIPPOWASTE™ is committed to creating and developing ways for its customers to dispose of their waste or unwanted materials in an ethical, efficient and cost-effective manner.

We are currently looking for a reliable, conscientious and motivated van driver for manual waste removal from residential and business properties to designated waste transfer stations or recycling centres.

In this customer-facing role, you will need to be professional and helpful.  Flexible hours are a must as the role will cover occasional weekends.  You must possess a clean driving licence, previous waste or manual handling experience is desirable.  

We will provide comprehensive training to carry out the role and in return, you’ll be part of a Company that is environmentally focused and expanding. The successful applicant be required to complete a DBS application.

Regional Sales Representative Permanent Full Time - Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire

HIPPOWASTE™ is the company behind the yellow HIPPOBAGTM which delivers flexible and convenient waste management solutions to householders, business and trade users nationwide. HIPPOWASTE™ is committed to creating and developing ways for its customers to dispose of their waste or unwanted materials in an ethical, efficient and cost-effective manner.

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Head of Consumer Sales to identify, approach and sell (face to face) to small business prospects such as Trade businesses and independent retailers within a given territory. Alongside gaining new business you will also inherit an existing network of Tier 1 DIY/Trade retailers. Within these clients, you will be responsible for driving sales of HIPPOBAGs and associated services through them and increase business opportunities through store visits to engage with store teams and monitor HIPPOBAG merchandising.

Applicants will have successful field sales experience ideally within a retail related company. Your positivity, excellent communication skills and drive will enable you to build strong and long lasting business relationships with your clients. You will be driven, organised, self-motivated and self-sufficient due to the field based nature of this role. A full driving licence is essential for this role.

Business Solutions Manager

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Sales, the Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for increasing sales of the Company’s products into regions and markets as directed, whilst developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat and continued business. In addition, the Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing or assisting with trials and rollouts to new sites, clients or business areas and provide toolbox talks to end users. The Business Solutions Manager will possess a hands on approach, which will enhance and help improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Business Solutions Team.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in generating new business and account management. You will be a driven, dynamic and sales focused individual. The role will involve attending appointments with customer and therefore a full driving licence is essential.
